Here is a sample schedule of what your workation could look like. Keep in mind that you can modify this as you wish - extend your stay, upgrade your accommodations or choose other activities.

Day 1: welcome to MARBELLA and start of the workation!

Upon arrival at Malaga Airport, your Workation adventure begins. A private transfer will take you to Marbella.


Then your remote work begins, either individually or in a scheduled team meeting, in a comfortable workspace at the hotel.


After a productive work session, it's time for a welcome dinner with your team at an atmospheric restaurant on the boulevard.


You will stay at the Hotel Barceló Marbella or similar.

Day 2: padel lesson, work and tapas tour marbella.

Make sure you have a good breakfast and are full of energy because you are going to play padel! Together with your team, you will receive a lesson in this popular sport.


Enjoy a free afternoon to work remotely. A room is available for you at the hotel.


In the evening, it's time to explore the Spanish culinary scene on a tapas tour of Marbella. Stroll through the cozy streets of the old town, taste the authentic flavors of local tapas and discover the lively atmosphere of the tapas bars.


Day 3: padel tournament & work at the pool.

Let's put the recently acquired padel skills into practice! Today we are hosting a friendly padel tournament with your team.


After an active morning, you'll return to the hotel for a tasty lunch and some time to freshen up. In the afternoon, you and your team will head to The Pool for an afternoon of remote work.


Enjoy an evening off.

Day 4: biking along the beach, work & dinner.

Get ready to go on a bicycle tour. During this bike tour, you will cycle along the promenade, down the beach and make a nice coffee stop along the way.


You finish at The Pool where, after an active morning, you are ready for a day of remote work including a healthy lunch.


After a successful working day, it is time to end your Workation in style with a farewell dinner. We reserve an attractive restaurant in Marbella where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

Day 5: say goodbye to marbella.

After several wonderful days in sunny Marbella, today marks the last day of this workation.


Enjoy remote work this morning and conclude with a delicious communal lunch at the beach.


You will then be transferred to the airport by private transfer.
